Our in-house team is supported by a network of 30+ top-tier graphic designers selected for each project based on specific needs & style requests. These designers create consistent collections for brands and artists including Brain Dead, ROA, Dua Lipa, Louis Vuitton, Palace, Versace, Supreme, Satisfy Running, Stussy, and more.
Environmental StandardsArches blanks are produced in northern Portugal under EU labour law, within a textile industry shaped by skilled manufacturing and regulated standards. The Portuguese national grid runs largely on wind, solar and hydro power, so the energy behind our production is predominantly renewable.
We use GM-free, certified organic cotton and lower impact processes. Water-efficient dyeing and reduced chemical and enzyme use. Water-based screen printing. Plot-to-order cutting to minimise waste, recycled fibres where appropriate, dead stock and warehoused fabrics prioritised over new production whenever possible.
Built for repeat wear, an extended garment lifecycle is the most direct form of sustainability.

We specialize in price negotiation, leveraging collective volume across our brands to secure the lowest possible costs for every partner we work with.

We use plotting strategies to reduce waste, improve efficiency, and lower costs. We also offer dead-stock fabric programs across several categories.
You’re only as good as your factory. QC is one of the most overlooked yet crucial parts of a brand’s success. Our team executes AQL 2.5, Level 2 inspections and can provide SGS or Intertek reports on request.
