Items purchased directly from our online shop are eligible to be returned within 7 days of the original date of receipt. Items in like-new condition will be eligible for a full refund.

Yes. We offer a wide range of customization, including screen printing, DTG, embroidery, garment dye, specialty washes, neck label replacements, and packaging solutions. For orders over 300 units per color, we can support more complex development.

As of June 2025, all goods ship from Portugal. US domestic warehouse opens November, 2025. We use international freight partners and can quote for door-to-door service.

Yes. Our neck labels are sewn in for easy removal. Inside seam care labels can be clipped out if needed.

Yes. We offer custom body shapes and/or fabrics starting at 500 units total, with a minimum of 250 pieces per color.

No. We are not a fulfillment center. However, we can ship bulk orders to your fulfillment partner or warehouse globally or connect you with our partners.
